Kerio Connect is an email, calendars, contacts and task management solution by Kerio.

DAVx⁵ settings

CalDAV Base URL: /caldav/ (e.g. https://connect.demo.kerio.com/caldav/)
CardDAV Base URL: /carddav/ (e.g. https://connect.demo.kerio.com/carddav/)

If well-known URLs are enabled, just enter / (e.g. https://connect.demo.kerio.com/) to add a single DAVx⁵ account for both CalDAV and CardDAV.
